  1. When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:

    • Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM EST to 5:00PM EST, or DST during Summer. Due to different timezones we cannot offer live support. However, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
    • Provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it etc).
    • Make sure you have an active subscription if you are requiring technical support.
