Store locator not working

we had issues with the map loading on a previous version of store locator so upgraded to the latest version 1.8.10 on Joomla 2.5
with around 90 stores in the admin area nothing is shown up when it loads and no results are shown when you search.
all the settings are the same as before the upgrade which worked great until the api changed on Google

I have sent an email for help but had nothing back and have subscription active.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled
I have deleted all 90 stores after export, then imported but doesn't make any difference

We are having a similar issue with nothing showing up. We are running version 1.7.5 on Joomla 2.5

the fix from sysgenmedia 2 weeks ago sorted it.

Open the admin for your site and select the menu for the parkandfacilitiessearch

On the menu item parameters find 'Email subject' and put a space in the box

There are 2 of these one for the Sidebar Search Results, and one in the Map Bubble Settings.
