Tags search by OR instead of AND

For the locations I am publishing, I would like the ability to check multiple TAG boxes and have ALL the locations shown that match ANY of the tags. For example, say I have three locations: Place1 (tagged "A"), Place2 (tagged "B"), and Place 3 (tagged "A" and "B"). When I check the "A" tag, I want Place1 and Place3 to show up, "B" should yield Place2 & Place3, and checking both tags should yield all three Places.

Is there a file I can make a quick modification to in order to achieve such a result?

Correct, when I check two tags, products that don't have both those tags do not show up.
