hi i use v2.3.1 of store locator with my Joomla 3.6.0
Is there a way to complete export both categories and Tags?
I only manage to export categories

Just the Categories and Tags separately? Not really. You could extract them from the Database though.

Exporting the Locations included the Categories and Tags with it.

Dear Sir, can you describe the method (step by step).
The purpose is to install all locations with their tags in a new fresh Joomla site..
Can this be accomplished?

Yes, you can export all locations using the import/export tool in the program and them import them to a new site. It should bring all the information with it including Categories and Tags or create them if missing.
