how to migrate store locator from joomla1.5 to 2.5 was created by mfarooqi
Hi everyone.
can some body please tell me step bye step... how to migrate my Store Locator installed in Joomla 1.5 to upgraded version of Joomla 2.5. Some of extension were free, And I downloaded them again. But this is not free for joomla 2.5. And I don't know how to move it to new version.

Please follow the directions in this post. Upgrading from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 in a separate installation, is the same procedure as going from 1.5 to 3.x.

Will i have to buy storeLocator again for upgraded version?.. It has been so long with my previous StoreLocator in version 1.5... But now i want to use that on 2.5. I have lost my previously subscribed "component zip" file for storeLocation. Or there is any way to send me older version on my registered account?.

I've moved, upgraded everything at my own.. Thanks anyway..
I had done a lot of effort.. through...
database,
menu items
related component folders.. and now this is up.
